Assalamualaikum to all my friend. How are you today?? Hmmm..... Today i would like to talk about traditional food. In Terengganu it has more traditional food and the famous one is nasi dagang. All the foreign tourism must try this food when come to Terengganu.
Nasi dagang was make by a rice that call a "beras pulut" and it was mixed with some coconut oil or we call a "santan". The best nasi dagang in Terengganu is located at Chendering. Usually, it was eat at the evening or breakfast. There's another one famous food in Terengganu which is called ''keropok lekor''. This also famous in Malaysia and everyone will like it. Keropok lekor was make by mixed fish and "kanji"and boiled it up. Usually, it was eat at the evening with "mee goreng". Keropok lekor also can be fried or boiled. If you are coming to Terengganu, don't forget to try nasi dagang and keropok lekor because it is the famous and best traditional food in Terengganu.
This is we called ''keropok lekor''. Very tasty and delicious.
Another famous foods are satar and 'otak-otak'. Satar is make by fish and coconut. As you can see most of the traditional foods in Terengganu used fish as the major ingredients. The grilled satar which is selling for only RM2 per stick with four packets. Inside, there is most flavourful and fragrant packet of fish paste mixed with onion, ginger and cut red chillies. Otak-otak also make by fish but have different taste with satar because otak-otak have their own special sauce. Satar is grilled fish in banana leaf and otak-otak was wrapped with coconut leaf. You will not find both of this at another place because this is only have in Terengganu. So, what you waiting for ??? Let's visit Terengganu! You will have a new experience and try the traditional foods there!
